I’m Riem, a leadership coach, working mother, and author of Strategic Surrender. After almost two decades in the corporate world focusing on leadership coaching and organizational culture, I’ve seen how easily we trade alignment for achievement, and how costly that can be to our confidence, our wellbeing, and our impact.
